Payment – We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we ship the goods. Paypal is the preferred payment method.

​Delivery of Goods
– Within United States, orders can take anywhere from 2 -7 business days to arrive.

– International Orders – International orders can take anywhere from 7-28 business days to arrive, depending on your country’s customs and when they decide to release package. Shipping fee is calculated based on standard rate from USPS. 

​Product Feedback – We welcome feedback on your experience with our products. Should you be unhappy in anyway please contact us before leaving negative feedback, we will do all we can to put right any problems. As always our aim is to provide our customers with high quality products and outstanding customer service.

Return Policy
We will always listen to our customers’ desires and are committed to meeting exceeding their expectations. Our goal is that every customer is overwhelmed with excitement & satisfaction with their purchase. In the event that you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer care department for a hassle free return. All returns & exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Missing / Wrong / Damaged / Returned Items

– Order Discrepancies: Missing items or wrong items must be reported within 10 days after receiving the order.

– Damaged Items: If packages are damaged upon receipt, you must contact us within 10 business days after receiving the order.

– Incorrect Shipping Address: If the product is returned due to incorrect shipping address provided, you will be responsible for additional shipping cost for re-shipping or you will be refunded for the product only.
